Thread Shank Adapter

For the majority of brands of rock drills, LEANOMS producesThread Shank Adapter of the highest caliber. While every part of the drill string is important, the Thread Shank Adapter needs to be built to resist the greatest amount of pressure. Its purpose is to efficiently transmit rotational torque and impact energy from the rock-drill piston into the drill string. It must continuously endure and transmit up to 6300 piston blows per minute while maintaining outstanding reliability and endurance.

Male Thread Shank adapters are often more appropriate for drifting, tunneling, and extension applications where there are significant bending loads.

Female Thread Shank adapters are used when the drilling space is limited and the total feed length is important (i.e., underground roof bolting).

Two flushing options, internal or external:

-Internal flushing transfers flushing into the drill string using a water tube that fits through the center of the drill and into an O-ring seal at the end of the shank.

- The Thread Shank adapters must have external flushing, holes, or a slot in the side.
After the shank is inserted, these fit between seals in the water box or the front head of the rock drill. This device is immediately supplied with a cleansing medium, which is then inserted through the shank into the drill string.

The heat treatment equipment for rock drilling tools is a controlled atmosphere box-type multi-purpose furnace. Just the front and back rooms are present in the multipurpose furnace. Preheating occurs in the front room, and heating and carburizing take place mostly in the back room. Due to several still-unstable characteristics of the multi-purpose furnace's performance (such as the real temperature in the furnace and the uniformity of temperature), the furnace's temperature adjustment still requires manual management. Heat treatment equipment is often only used to process the coupling sleeves and shank adapter atlas copco. Heat treatment is mostly used for threaded shank adapter since in real use, there is very little chance of damaging the coupling sleeves and very little is often needed.
